Questions about your power station

Everything from battery life to solar input, in one place. Pick a topic on the left, or scroll through.

General & setup

Every unit ships with the power station itself, an AC wall charger, a car charging cable, and a quick-start guide. Solar panels are sold separately unless you bought a bundle.

No, but we recommend charging to 100% once before your first trip so you can confirm every port is working and get a feel for the full runtime.

The front display shows exact percentage and an estimated hours-remaining figure that updates based on your current load.

Most models fall between 10-25 lbs depending on capacity, with a built-in top handle designed for one-hand carrying to and from the car or campsite.

Yes, our companion app connects over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi so you can check battery level, toggle output ports, and get alerts from your phone.

Battery & charging

From empty, an AC wall outlet gets you to 80% in about an hour and a full charge in under two, depending on model size.

Our units use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells, rated for over 3,000 charge cycles before dropping below 80% of original capacity — roughly a decade of regular use.

Yes. Once it reaches 100% the internal management system stops charging and switches to trickle mode, so it’s safe to keep it topped up as a standby unit.

Yes, the included 12V car cable charges the unit from your vehicle’s outlet, at a slower rate than AC but perfect for topping up on the road.

The built-in battery management system cuts off output before the cells reach a damaging low, so an occasional full drain won’t harm the unit’s long-term capacity.

Power output & devices

Phones, laptops, CPAP machines, mini fridges, and most household electronics under the unit’s rated wattage. Check the label on any appliance under 80% of the max output for safe headroom.

Yes, every model outputs pure sine wave AC, which is safe for sensitive electronics like laptops, CPAP machines, and medical equipment.

Most models have 2 AC outlets, 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A, and a car socket, so you can run six or more devices simultaneously as long as total draw stays under the rated wattage.

Yes, pass-through charging lets it stay plugged into the wall while powering connected devices, and it switches to battery in milliseconds if the power goes out.

Rated output ranges from 300W to 2000W depending on model, with most units supporting a brief surge above that rating for appliances with a high startup draw.

Solar charging

Any foldable solar panel with the matching MC4 or DC7909 connector for your model works, including our own panels sold on this site.

Under direct sun with a full-size panel, expect roughly 4-6 hours for a full charge, slower than a wall outlet but useful when you’re off-grid.

Yes, most models support combined input, which shortens total charge time when you have both a wall outlet and sunlight available.

Yes, overcast conditions can cut input by 50% or more. The unit will still trickle-charge on cloudy days, just at a noticeably slower rate.

Our panels connect directly with no adapter needed. Third-party panels may require an MC4-to-DC7909 adapter cable, sold separately.
